Object dock swing effects in Flex rotate effects

Object Dock software has two effects, the zoom and the swing effects. The zoom effects is what I had posted last time, and now I just finished the swing effects. Not actually the swing effect of 

object dock, but it's just like one.

Actually, what I have made was a rotate effects of Flex on mouseover. You may have a look at my work below.

Hanging out with Flex effects

It was quite a while that I started to learn about Flex. I was very curious about what it does, how does it looks like, its forms and effects, and styles. Oh! It is very interesting to learn this new kind of application, a product of Adobe company. The first time that I saw the application, it's like Flash/Swish. It has .swf extension. I like most is the dragging and dropping of its controls. It's very helpful for those who have a little knowledge in designing(I'm one of those).=D

I would like to share the things I have made with Flex effects. I hope somebody will get some idea with this. 

Below is a sample of an Object dock. I just tried to make mouseover effects similar to object dock.;)
